How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Most full kitchens run six to ten weeks on site once demolition begins, plus three to five weeks up front for design, selections, and permits. Removing a load-bearing wall adds time.

Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We pull the permits and coordinate every inspection with your county — Loudoun, Fairfax, Prince William, Arlington, or Alexandria. You never deal with the paperwork.

Can we stay in the house during the remodel?
For most kitchen and bath projects, yes. We seal the work area with dust barriers, protect floors and walkways, set up a temporary kitchen where needed, and clean the site daily.
